Kavyashree has been at nVent for more than four years working in Bangalore, India for our Enclosures business segment. During her career with us, continual learning, both as a person and as a professional, have been steady. “I joined nVent because the values and growth trajectory aligned with my own aspirations,” she recalls. “I admire the values of nVent; they are not merely words on paper, as everyone places great importance on them in our daily work.”
Beginning her career with us as a quality engineer, she quickly took on new challenges and sought out ways to a create positive impact for the company – as well as her teammates. Kavyashree is now an associate manager of quality & environmental health and safety (EHS) where she collaborates on many projects focused on sustainability and safety. “Every day in my working life is challenging, yet it also presents new learning opportunities that enhance my knowledge and experience,” she explains.
Kavyashree is also a chapter lead for our Grass Roots employee resource group (ERG). She partners with teammates across the site to complete numerous sustainability projects that have received global appreciation. “This recognition has boosted my confidence to do more and to be a mentor,” she proudly states.
